The season of hope is a chance to relax with a Christmas film at home – a good one is Netflix’s newest 2D animation film, “Klaus”; and a great TV is the best way to share that festive viewing experience: an LG OLED TV. LG Philippines’ partnership with Netflix lets buyers of LG OLED TVs get free 6 months of Netflix.
The partnership was revealed last November 21, 2019 at One Canvas, Pasong Tamo, Makati City, where the trailer for “Klaus”, which may be added to the roster of Christmas films to binge-watch over the holidays, was screened on award-winning LG OLED TVs. Behind the scenes clips were also shown.
J.K. Simmons is the voice of Klaus, a reclusive handmade toy-maker who lives alone in a cabin and is urged by Jesper to give away his toys to kids. “Klaus” headlines Netflix’s holiday lineup and is an uplifting film (go watch the trailer here!) to recommend to friends and relatives, and to add to your Netflix favorites.
“With LG, we guarantee an unparalleled, memorable cinematic viewing experience,” said LG Philippines Managing Director Inkwen Heo when he addressed the audience that included members of the media and Netflix executives.
At the event, LG donated an LG TV to the Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. (ACPI) and announced their ongoing efforts to share their blessings with the children of Shelter of Hope, who are cancer patients.
