The Samsung Galaxy Note usually came in one size – big. Now it comes in two AMOLED display sizes – the Note10 (6.3-inch FHD+) and the Note10+ (6.8-inch Quad HD+). Both are compact, sleek, nearly bezel-less, and of course, packed with the S Pen in a chassis-hidden silo. Like the Galaxy S10 series, the Note10 phones seem to have the best display in its class (Samsung calls it Cinematic Infinity Display with HDR+ certification). The Note10 is the less spec’d of the two, only having a 3,500mAh battery (versus the Note10+’s 4,300mAh), 8GB (versus 12GB RAM), three rear cameras (versus the Note10+’s four – ultra wide, wide, telephoto, and time of flight), but both of them run on an Exynos 7nm 64-bit processor, have front cutout holes housing a 10MP selfie camera, feature an in-display fingerprint sensor, offer IP68 water and dust resistance, and neither have a headphone jack. The Galaxy Note10 only has one storage configuration – 256GB (Php53,990). The Note10+ has two – 256GB (Php60,990) and 512GB (Php72,990).
And now for the singular notable change in the Note10 series: no more dedicated physical Bixby button. On both Note10 variants, by default, Bixby launches after a long press on the right-side power button. To turn off the Note10 phones, you need to swipe down to reveal the notification menu, which contains a button you can tap to turn off the phone (a bit tedious, but it’s progress for those who really dislike the Bixby button).
You can pre-order the Note10 and Note10+ from August 9 to 18 to get the following freebies:
- Galaxy Note10+ (512GB): free 43-inch Smart FHD TV

Notable Features
The Note10 series also have some notable new features. You can use the S Pen to write down notes, convert them into digital text (in Samsung Notes), and export the file into Microsoft Word (among other formats). With the S Pen, you can also control aspects of the Note10 devices with Air Actions (first introduced in the Note 9).
Like previous Samsung flagships, the Note10 series also features Samsung Dex, which allows you to connect the device to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for a bigger and desktop-like Android experience. Dex, in the Note10 series, now allows dragging and dropping of files between the device and a connected-via-USB PC or Mac. Data in the Note10 is kept secure with Samsung Knox.
The Note10 series also has a Link to Windows feature. With it, you can connect the device to your Windows 10 PC and see notifications, send and receive messages, and check out recent photos all without having to look at the device.
And lastly, the Note10/10+ feature fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging (see picture above). Only the Note10+ offers super fast charging via a sold-separately 45w charger.
