18 February, SINGAPORE – The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup will commence from June 10 to 18, and will include three new regions – North America, the Middle East and North Africa, North America, and Turkey, to enhance the competition level and to provide more opportunities for these regions to participate in international esports events.
“The transition for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup into a global mid-season tournament has been planned in the pipeline for some time, and this year is a good start to kickstarting the transition,” stated Sophie Guo, Regional Esports Lead, MOONTON Games. “In line with our mission – Esports for Everyone; we wanted to provide these budding regions more opportunities to compete on an international level and will gradually look to upscaling the tournament model in the future.”
More details on the mid-season cup format will be announced closer to date. The nation has several Mobile Legends: Bang Bang professional teams – including MPL KH champions, Impunity KH, Burn x Flash, and See You Soon.

The Group Stage will be held between 10 – 13 June, with the Knockout Stage taking place on 15 – 17 June. The Grand Finals and third-place match will be hosted on 18 June, and all matches will be held offline.
