Log on and type in needed info
By logging on to www.tambunting.com.ph, users can provide information about themselves and the valuable items for evaluation, with help from a virtual assistant when necessary. There is no need to submit documents or answer lengthy forms. Tambunting Online’s team of experts then review the item and give a guaranteed best offer, which is sent through email. All these are done in utmost privacy.
Free pick up of valuables to be pawned off
If the customer agrees to Tambunting Online’s offer, free pick-up will be arranged through GrabExpress. The customer receives a GPS link to enable real-time tracking of the valuables.
Item appraisal, final offer, receipt of cash
The items are appraised upon arrival at Tambunting’s headquarters, where a team of appraisers will do a final appraisal and provide a final offer, to be sent through email. Upon acceptance of the offer, the user will receive the cash within 24 hours, either as a bank deposit or as a remittance via Palawan Express.
