AccessOne Online Banking is an internet banking facility that enables RCBC clients to securely access their accounts via any internet-enabled device and do banking transactions like viewing real-time current and available balances, bills payment and fund transfers anytime, anywhere. With this partnership, account holders who subscribe to Smart, Smart Bro and Sun Cellular prepaid can now use the banking facility with absolutely no data charge.
