Exclusive user group for teachers, to empower teachers and school admins who are champions of edtech  

Manila, Philippines –April 12, 2023 – Quipper, one of the leading edtech and LMS platforms in the Philippines, launches its first-ever user group for all Quipper teachers in the country, the Teacher Q-munity. The user group aims to create a stronger connection between educators of Quipper that goes beyond the four walls of a classroom.   

Aiming to help elevate education in the Philippines, the user group also envisions being the most professional and acclaimed user group for teachers and school administrators using edtech. Consequently, its mission is to create a safe space amongst educators to discuss and network best practices and opportunities and be the voice of Quipper’s innovation.   

Among the exclusive perks of being a Teacher Q-munity member are the series of webinars, seminars, and workshops on various topics. They will also be the first to know about the latest Quipper product offerings, updated features, possible CPD webinars, sponsored events, and other opportunities for professional development, such as mentorship and networking.    

“The idea behind the Teacher Q-munity is to help them build a strong connection using their shared experiences. Many of these teachers may want advice from their colleagues, especially if they seek new ways to expand their teaching methods. We want to empower our educators and make them work collectively towards one goal—to promote edtech learning in the Philippines,” said Yusuke Takagi, CEO of Quipper Philippines.   

The new officers of the Teacher Q-munity for the academic year 2023 to 2024 were inducted last March 17. During the virtual event, Marrisse Asuncion, Senior Product Manager of Quipper, shared how this community will forge fruitful collaboration between teachers and Quipper.  

“We (product team) have explored many ways to maintain a more direct line with our users, but I would say that this has the most potential. Through this platform, I am confident that we will keep building great products that align with Quipper’s mission—to bring the best education to every corner of the world,” said Asuncion.   

The first 100 registered members got an exclusive Q-munity Kit containing Quipper merch.
