No need to make a pilgrimage to Banawe or keep calling distributors (or Nissan dealerships) until you find the parts you need. nissanparts.ph lets you browse and buy genuine Nissan parts, accessories, and merchandise, as long as you have Internet connection. Delivery to Metro Manila areas within 24 hours and is free (conditions may apply)*.
Abener Berdos (General Manager for After Sales of Nissan Philippines Inc.)
nissanparts.ph can be searched by vehicle name, part name and part number. Buyers can have their purchased items delivered within and outside Metro Manila. Deliveries outside the Philippines can be accommodated but will have to go through Customer Service Inquiry form found on the website. SRP is the same as Nissan dealers.
The website also allows customers to monitor the delivery status of their orders online. Customers are encouraged to register onsite, although (at the moment) guests can also make purchases.
Nissan Parts Online contains an extensive list of Nissan Items (for the convenient upkeep of their vehicles) and features promotional announcements for specific parts, accessories, and merchandise. If the part/s is not available on the website, customers can send an inquiry via the Customer Service Inquiry form.
If the parts a buyer wants replaced is still under warranty, Nissan suggests to bring the customer’s car to the nearest service center.
