Conduent Incorporated, a leading business services provider, has named Jojo Gajitos as Chief Executive Officer for all of Conduent’s operations in the Philippines. Previously the country leader of Conduent’s operations in the Philippines (formerly Xerox Business Services), Gajitos will assume greater responsibility in his new role for the overall management and direction of Conduent’s activities in the Philippines.
“Jojo has a strong track record of leading positions in the business process services and information technology industries,” said Pratap Sarker, Group Chief Executive, Financial Services and Healthcare, Conduent. “As CEO for Conduent’s operations in the Philippines, Jojo will implement an operating model that aligns with the company’s transformation program and supports the delivery of profitable growth.”
Conduent operations in the Philippines include 8,000 employees, are based in Metro Manila and Cebu City, and are engaged in a range of activities including finance and accounting services, HR services, transaction processing and customer experience services.

Prior to Conduent, Gajitos was country manager, Dell-Perot Systems Philippines Inc. Prior to that, Gajitos held several position at IBM, most recently Chief Executive Officer, IBM Daksh Business Process Services Philippines Inc.
