New drinks menu celebrates classic cocktails based on the long history of mixology
Manila, Philippines: Holiday Inn Manila Galleria has launched a new two-for-one promotion on signature cocktails at Bar One to celebrate its new, revamped drink and bar snack menus.
The refreshed menus are part of a new programme by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) which is being rolled out across its Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. Celebrating more than 150 years of drinks mixology, the programme features the region’s best-loved and timeless cocktails, all made with Pernod Ricard premium brands, along with a completely revamped bar snack menu created by talented IHG hotel chefs.
The new drinks menu includes signature cocktails such as Cosmopolitan, a Vodka-base drink known to have originated in San Francisco in 1980’s and popularized by 4 women in the city. Meanwhile, the bar snack menu has been created to specifically please patrons’ palate, with new creations including Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla, Chicken Fingers with Chipotle Sauce, Pork & Chorizo Wraps with Thyme Relish, Grilled Sheesh Tahouk with Garlic Sauce, Beef Empanadas with Tomato Salsa and Spicy Thai Pork Meatballs.
The programme comes on the back of an IHG partnership with Pernod Ricard, with the French wine and spirit group’s premium brands used to create a host of classic cocktails featured on the new cocktail menus at IHG’s hotels across the AMEA region.

At the same time, we are very excited to let our guests and patrons of Bar One to explore various flavors of featured cocktails and snack items, which they can enjoy while learning the history behind each concoction”, shares Food and Beverage Director Gibeth Gloria.
Bar One is a leisure destination in Ortigas District located at the 3rd level of Holiday Inn Manila Galleria, which features a casual lounge and live musical entertainment every Tuesdays to Fridays. It offers hors d’oeuvres, expertly mixed drinks, excellent wines and spirits. It is open daily from 3:00 PM to 12:00 MN.
