Globe unifies digital customer platforms under New GlobeOne app
As the brand known to be the purveyor of the Filipino digital life, Globe announces plans to deactivate its old mobile apps this year and unify them into the New GlobeOne app for a better and streamlined customer experience.
With a single platform serving as the ultimate digital tool for Globe and TM, customers will no longer be overwhelmed by multiple apps for their different needs.
TM, Globe At Home, and the old GlobeOne apps are scheduled for deactivation this year while the Switch and Rewards app was already incorporated into the New GlobeOne app last November.

Dela Cruz encourages Globe and TM customers to switch to the New GlobeOne app as soon as possible to familiarize themselves with its features and start enjoying its benefits.
Globe launched the New GlobeOne app in August 2021 as a digital companion for its subscribers to significantly improve their mobile experience.
It allows customers to view, monitor, and manage their Globe Postpaid and Prepaid, Home Prepaid WiFi, Rewards and TM accounts. Customers can also buy or share prepaid load and promos, pay bills, enjoy exclusive gifts and discounts, earn and redeem exciting rewards, subscribe to awesome promos, and get customer support.
The New GlobeOne app can be downloaded on Google Play, App Store or AppGallery.
