Globe brings you a Galactic weekend
Visitors can spend the weekend at the Amphitheater trying out the game booths, taking photos of Star Wars icons and characters, buying retail collectibles, and enjoying different treats and offers of Globe brands.
Join the Galactic Challenge!
The two-day fair includes the Galactic Challenge, an obstacle course where participants can choose to join as part of either the Light or Dark Side. Every hour, Globe will award those with the best finish time. Whoever has the fastest finish time after the two-day event wins the coveted Sphero BB8 Droid, which is offered by Globe in its GEN3 Stores. Globe is Sphero’s exclusive telco partner.

Enjoy the Games, Check out the Merchandise
The Star Wars Game Hub will keep everyone on their toes – check out the Star Wars Battlepod arcade game, or let the kids enjoy the Sphero Challenge where they navigate the BB8 Droid through a maze (for a chance to win prizes). Exclusive Star Wars merchandise will be on display from brands such as Havaianas, Folded & Hung, HP, FilBars, Toys ‘R Us, and Hobbes and Landes.
The Force, Festivities, and Social Responsibility
The Galactic Celebration also includes Globe’s education efforts as it teams up with The Mind Museum and Teach for the Philippines. Volunteers will be chosen to be big brothers and sisters to 100 public school kids as they tour the Museum and join the Read-Along activities. Special screenings of Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens in various cities across the country will also give more underprivileged kids the chance to join in on the Star Wars excitement.
