True to their “At Your Side” tag line, Brother International Philippines Corporation has launched their Customer+ Loyalty Program.
- Unlike other loyalty programs, you don’t have to keep buying a company’s products to keep availing of their loyalty program.
- Customer+ offers comprehensive training sessions for new and more than 7,000 existing Brother printers and customers of multi function center customers in Metro Manila.
- The program also sends regular updates on machine information, consumables, service survey, and special trade-in offer given two years from the time customers become Customer+ members.

According to Brother Philippines President Glenn Hocson, their customer loyalty program has been running silently in place for a while, providing them customer feedback they used to improve their program, prior to officially launching Customer+.
