BRAD Warehouse and Logistics Services Inc. is expanding its operations to include small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan. It also aims to establish presence in Visayas and Mindanao later this year to support the growth of more local businesses.
Being a tech-enabled provider of end-to-end supply chain technology solutions, BRAD, a subsidiary of the Asticom Group of Companies, is well-positioned to understand and deliver the needs of Filipinos wherever they are in the country.
“Seeing the limited options for an on-demand logistics solution in the provinces, we are confident that BRAD will become a trusted partner of local businesses. Through delivering amazing customer experience and innovative logistics solutions, we look forward to supporting SMEs in their development and creating more opportunities for Filipinos,” said Mharicar Castillo-Reyes, President and CEO of Asticom Group of Companies, a shared services provider under the Ayala conglomerate.
Launched in December 2021, BRAD initially offered its solutions to Metro Manila-based enterprises. But the company wants to widen its reach to serve more homegrown businesses and communities in different parts of the country, including Visayas and Mindanao.
BRAD currently has more than 30 merchants in its portfolio and over 150 riders based in different localities. It expects to grow the number significantly with the planned expansion.
“When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, one of those severely affected were local businesses, especially SMEs. We aim to empower them towards recovery and growth by providing fast, safe, and reliable logistics solutions,” said Richie Santos, General Manager of BRAD.
BRAD’s services are tailored to fit the needs of businesses from various industries such as health and wellness, food and beverage, e-commerce, and telecommunications. The company is also looking into the education, medical, pharmaceutical, and hospitality sectors.
The logistics solutions provider intends to connect enterprises to consumers by delivering essential items such as medicine, groceries, personal care items, appliances, gadgets, household care, and home essentials.
BRAD is one with the Globe Group in supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly UN SDG No. 9, highlighting the roles of infrastructure and innovation as crucial drivers of economic growth and development. It is committed to upholding the UN Global Compact principles and contributing to 10 UN SDGs.
